Can be impatient or rude in initial client interactions
“I called the office to schedule a consult and she answer me!! no scheduler or assistant!! she kept interrupting me in the first 30 seconds of my phone telling me that she is busy and want to know what I want. I told her that I am trying to speak but you are not listening and she kept telling in a very rude way "I am a Lawyer and too busy".”
