Unprofessional and Untrustworthy Firm Smith & Eulo handled my sisters’s case with complete unprofessionalism and negligence. In the middle of her criminal case, her attorney left the firm, and no one bothered to inform her that a new attorney had been assigned. She was left in the dark about who was representing her, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, she retained them for an injunction hearing that took place in June, yet they have failed to provide her with any information about it. Their lack of communication and transparency has caused unnecessary stress and confusion. To make matters worse, they sent her to sign a legal contract without reviewing it with an attorney—despite the fact that she has a learning disability. This is a serious ethical failure and shows a complete disregard for their clients’ needs. If you are looking for legal representation that is professional, communicative, and competent, do not go to Smith & Eulo. They have failed my sister at every step of the process.

The state is currently waiting for my attorney to approve and sign the PTI contract. I have not been contacted to discuss the stipulations of the contract with my attorney. They are refusing communication and I have called: 1/15/2025 1/14/2025 1/13/2025 1/7/2025 1/2/2025 12/19/2024 12/16/2024 They have not discussed terms of the PTI agreement with me. I will be signing this contract blindly with a learning disability. I have begged for someone to reach out and have only been told “I will have someone call you”. I paid in full while retaining Smith & Eulo, so money cannot be a problem. My assigned attorney, Nicholas Langenkamp disappeared with no prior notice. During a pre-trial to a criminal case. I retained him for a criminal case and an injunction hearing.The 2 charges were punishable by life in prison. He showed up to maybe 2 court dates and gave notice of the court dates the night before. No complaints from me, I’m in a tough situation and need everything resolved. Fast forward, I have court scheduled in November. Shana Bailey shows (it’s normal for your attorney be different each court date). She is very knowledgeable in hillsborough county, we agree to PTI. During all of this I am reaching out to Nicholas to get information regarding my injunction hearing set for December. I am getting no response. I decide to call Smith & Eulo after a month of no response, December being half over, and a court date that’s supposed to happen in December. ^refer to the call made 12/16/2024. During this call they let me know that Nicholas Langenkamp no longer works for the company and tells me the name of my new attorney. I am asking questions regarding the injunction hearing, the paralegal is unable to give me answers. So, we agreed and are just hoping that it’s closed? This is my first time in trouble and I am neurodivergent and lost. No one will speak to me or explain anything. This has honestly been a terrible experience.

Similar to another's experience, my husband faced multiple attorney assignments during his prolonged legal proceedings. He spent five months in jail for an offense that could have been swiftly resolved. The lack of communication from the lawyers was alarming. While his release indicates some action, I'm only awarding three stars due to the overall inadequacy. I do not recommend their legal services.

These are my brother’s words I hired Eulo&Smith in April 2024 to cover my 2023 & 2024 Polk Case as well as my 2024 VOP in Hillsbough. I met Marie taylor who charged me $3000 for my VOP and 2024 Cass. I also Paid her $10,000 plus 1.5x totaling to $15,000 for my 2023 Polk case. She came to meet me and told me things that she was not able to do. She promised alot that did not come. She ignored me and my family for weeks. She missed both of my court dates as well as missed promises to come see me. I was told in July 2024 that she quit the law firm. I was then appointed Ms. Shannon Bailey which works for Eulo&Smith who constantly ignored my family again as well as her client, me, in jail. She made promsies to come see me and never came. In the past 6 months, I've only seen attoneys who were fill ins from the law firm on my last 4 manditory doctetings. The judge was livid as it does not take 6 months to articulate a deal that was supposed to be settled. Eulo&Smith took on too many cases according to Ms. Bailey and they're not able to keep up. I'm being foreced into taking a deal or going to trial in 3 weeks becasue this law firm has not reached out to me but only once about my case details and to make matters worse, the lawyer to heard them quit, Ms. Taylor. I have had chance court date after court date for someone to come out here and see me as i write this from a Kiosk. I have no way to contact my attorney except for my family as they're being ignored. I told a fill in from my court date that i paid 1.5x for better and priorty service and the employee, which I'm assuming is from the Orlando office, that there is no such thing as 1.5x or priorty service. I was told from Bailey that taylor took on too many clients and quit which I'm assuming she did to get paid and left.
