Atty Gomez and his staff understand the confusing Federal Bankruptcy System and walked us through a complex Chapter 11. We not only were handling a five-year bankruptcy plan; a problem with an erroneous property title; but also a five-year IRS audit simultaneously. From my viewpoint, it was very overwhelming but from theirs, it was easy. Because Atty. Gomez and his staff does this "every day", they just walked us from one step to the next. Eventually it unraveled. The IRS Audit is over, the property title handled, and we are fortunately on our last steps as this is the end of our five-year-plan. There is really light at the end of that dark tunnel. We are very close to having only the daily schedule of work and family again. Our personal recommendation is to work closely with Atty Gomez and Andrea, help your spouse get through this with full support and no blame on either side, and you will get through this with a closer happier marriage like we have.

We were involved in prolonged Interstate litigation case.
