Cons
1
Lack of experience and knowledge in certain cases
“Not experienced and uneducated lawyers. Had a call with Joe Southron who became confused during basic intake. Does not appear to be knowledgeable or "experts" in the law they practice.”
2
Poor communication and responsiveness in some instances
“Really disappointed with this firm. Had appointment December 6 for a trademark and hired them because of their quick turnaround time. I got them all the information and payment in full the next day. Joe had told me that it could be filed within the week of our appointment. However, after many attempts of calling, and emailing before Christmas, they finally filed this afternoon.”
