Went through them previously just before my trial they were basically paid off I guess...they don't help with to much to me

Had to go back and redo this Survey. Last year the case settled and I gave 5 stars for achievement. I would suggest that you get the check in hand first before doing survey. I had been asked by the staff to put out a review, which I had done. 5 months later, still no check. The hospital doctors sent in bill late to no-fault, so there was a dispute about that and attorney paralegal stated they were holding back payments from my check. Each time I followed up for status, that is when my case was looked into. I eventually got tired of doing my own leg work and discharged the firm. I advised that I am also a Paralegal and took over my own file and asked to send me my check whatever it was.

I was in a rear ended and didn’t know what I was going to do but I called Catania and Catania and they walked me through the whole process. Lisa and Lucy were great at making sure I was informed about everything in my case.

Really liked working with them. Yes at some points it was hard to get a response or an update from Lisa, about my case but when I did get a hold of the associates they really helped explain everything. On the other hand Lucy was really amazing, responding quickly and answers all my questions I had

I love the fact that when you call you speak to a person in the office not a call center , they will reach out too you via call , text, email . The staff will answer questions they are very nice and polite in person and over the phone , The lawyers are family oriented and will help !
