I have served as a board member with over 20 years of combined experience in (2) communities where Mr. Appleton has graciously accepted to represent both. When Law Enforcement, Code-enforcement and other avenues fail, Mr. Appleton is able to introduce a prescription for effective civil recourse. This attorney's talent is clearly inclusive of his experience, wisdom and knowledge of the law. While as of writing this review, I have only had the pleasure of working with Eric Appleton and his law firm (Appleton Reiss) for about 6 months – I can’t say enough for the relationship we have developed. Eric is my HOA lawyer. His fiduciary duty’s are to protect the members. In my opinion. He protects his own interests and runs up HOA legal cost . His resolutions and amendments are so ambiguous that you are guaranteed to need more legal fees! He passes every amendment as a resolution so it is so ambiguous that the HOA community needs legal guidance to ensure that he has $$ to pay his light bill.
