Jack Gordon was my attorney for the better half of 9 years. My civil case was complex and not without extreme difficulty, but Jack believed in me, he believed in my case. Not only does he represent what is BEST in attorneys he represents what's BEST in humanity. I always felt cared for, considered and listened too, and really felt like I had someone unequivocally in my corner that was going to fight for me. Jack Gordon of Maney & Gordon, represented me in what was one of the most difficult and heart wrenching experiences of my life; the wrongful death of my youngest daughter due to gross negligence on the part of a hospital. Jack worked very hard and diligently for me and more importantly, for my daughter. He was so well prepared to try the case that he very much wanted to take the case to trial. As a preliminary step before trial, we entered mediation with the defendant hospital. Jack negotiated very persistently on our behalf and we were able to reach an agreeable settlement. Although no settlement could ever assuage the grief and sadness over the loss of my daughter, it did help to bring closure, knowing that those responsible for the negligence associated with my daughter’s death were held accountable and compelled to take responsibility for their actions. Jack was extremely articulate and on point in an arbitration hearing where I a pool contractor walked off the job. The end result was extremely beneficial to me.
