This year has been a challenging year for me. I could no longer work and barely able to walk in January and began the arduous research assignment of asking the VA for help (again). I gathered signed lay statements from coworkers, requested 10 years worth of medical records from three different VA facilities (3 different states), private medical records....I dotted the i's and crossed all the t's tracked down former employrers and got signatures on VA forms...etc. etc. Three months later I filed , feeling like an accomplished lawyer already and part-time private detective. Now it is September and I finally got my decision letter. Does not make any sense what-so-ever. VES practicioner made some errors during my 1st disability exam, called me back in a couple weeks later, admitting wrong test/measurements were taken by mistake (?!?!?!). James and his team are courteous, professional, and they listen. Not to mention, punctual. After suffering through physical therapy and injections, and now riding a shopping buggy and caning and crutching around all summer....I finally broke down and went online for a VA service-connected disability lawyer. I put my request in some sort of app that sent out a beacon to about 10 attorneys' offices that practice VA Disability Claims. I am not even kidding, about 2 minutes later Mr. Trieshmann's intake specialist, Bill, was on the phone with me listening to me struggle as I searched for a good starting point to explain why I thought I needed help. Thanks again Bill, for calming me down, and explaining how things work. This alone is worth a five star rating. I am really disturbed at the VA's latest rating decision on my claim. Knowing I got these guys helpming me out really helps me sleep better at night.

Mr. James, and his team are very persistent and thorough with their work. The team was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible. Not only we’re they able to defend me from an unjust accusation, there calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional succor to myself and those I care about most. I started out at 10% and now I am at 80% If it wasn't for Lawyer Trieschmann There would have been no way that I could have reached that percentage. I recommended anyone that has tried to get a percentage from the VA and failed to please contact Lawyer James Trieschmann

I hired Mr. Trieschmann with no hopes, as a last resort. In less than a year he won my case and now I have economical stability. The staff represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed. Miss Torres was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my case she is knowledgeable, great personality. From the initial consult until the end of it the entire legal team was amazing. Every time I called or emailed, they would get back to me in a timely manner. Nothing negative that I could mention. I only wish I knew about them before. Best money I have spent. The team got me from 30 to 100 percent in less then a year. They were 2 for 2 with my appeals. They also going through my claim one last time to make sure that I received all of the retro pay that I am intitled too.

My lawyer never gave up on my case. Even after it was denied he continued to file appeals. My appeals took a little while but e e the end V A awarded me a service connected disability with retroactive pay.

Mr. Trieschmann never gave up, though I was ready to throw in the towel. He kept me informed, but more importantly, he worked hard on my claims, giving me hope. I will go to battle with Trieschmann any day.
