Let me start by saying that whatever John says will happen in Court actually will happen. I called him earlier this year regarding a situation that my ex was putting me through. He spent the time needed to bluntly explain what my options were and what to expect as an outcome. He's VERY responsive. He took calls from me on his cell phone even in the evenings to answer my questions. And if he wasn't available, he would quickly send a text on when he could talk. Even though he was confident of a win in this case, it was more of a win for us than he prepared me for! John is very knowledgeable in Family Law, he will not sugar coat anything, he gets right to the point, and he's aggressive in court. This is what you want from a good attorney! I can't recommend this firm strongly enough for any family legal issue that you may be going through!

After reading many reviews and going through several attorney profiles I came across Mr. DeGirolamo I decided to give him a call after hitting a road block trying to handle my case on my own. I highly recommended him for his knowledge on both family law and criminal law. He handle my new case and amended restrictions on an old case that was closed and was handle by another lawyer. Mr DeGirolomo doesn't tell you what you want to hear to make you feel better or make false promises that is impossible to achieved but he discuss your case base on the law, facts and the evidence on the case and where you stand and what he can achieved. Basically he didn't sugar coat anything to get your business which means to me a respectable Lawyer. I didn't know what the outcome of my case will be and expect it to carry on for about a year or more. Mr. DeGirolamo had gotten me what I want and even more and only took a few months extremely quicker that I’d expected. Another good quality is his turn around time to getting back to you is extremely quicker than any lawyer I have every spoken too or had. Many days we were texting or emailing back and forth and if it was later in the night, holidays, weekend or he was in court he did acknowledge you and got back to you later that day or the next morning.
