I had spoken to more than disability attorney law firm before I found Catania and Catania. Attorney Desiree Minder returned my call herself. We discussed my potential case. She agreed to take my case. Since then, she and her assistant Jennifer W worked to explain how the system works. Jennifer always returned all of my calls and emails. She answered my many questions. The best thing I did was to call Catania for help with a S. S. Disability claim. Having applied myself and after being declined initially, I felt I needed help. Jennifer was professional, confident and re-assuring. She was excellent in working with the SSA and followed up aggressively until my case was finally approved.
