Worst attorney law firm for slip and fall cases. I fell on the grounds of one of the most popular facilities there is in tampa the Amalie Arena. Due to their negligence of making sure there were no issues with the sidewalk, it was unleveled and caused me to fall, and I substanined a lot of injuries. The main injury was that I ended up with a drop foot because I damaged the peroneal nerve that controls my foot. This law firm had pictures that proved that and pictures of the area I fell after they fixed and remodeled the whole area. It took this law firm 3 1/2 years to finally determine who owned the grounds I fell at. So, almost four years with my case, they finally made an offer of 10,000, which was a joke after all the injuries and doctors I saw for my injuries by bills totaled way more than that. Robert Sparks didn't want to go any further with the case in court and said he would try and get more money. He ended up getting 25,000.00, and after all the payouts, I ended up with 4,000.00. What a joke and disappointed in this law firm. I would never recommend them for anything at all ever! So look for another law firm if you want a lawyer to win big in your case. They had enough evidence and also witnesses to win big in my favor, and they didn't. I will forever regret picking this law firm for the rest of my life. Thanks for nothing!
