I had a slip and fall injury at Winn-Dixie in January of 2018 that was caught on tape. I injured my thoracic spine and neck. It would have been a slam dunk case, except that I have prior spinal injuries that muddled things. Regardless, I was provided with physical therapy, deep tissue massage, electro-stimulation, injections and many other treatments that helped me recover completely from the new injuries. Two years later, Rob Sparks was still struggling with W-D lawyers for a settlement. I didn't feel like going to trial would have gone in our favor, considering my prior injuries, and I was fully recovered and ready to put the whole issue to bed. So Rob got my medical bills cut down by a tremendous amount, didn't pay himself and got me a settlement that allowed me to pay off a large debt that's been hanging over me for a long time. I don't know if it counts as a win for Robert Sparks Attorneys, but it's definitely a win for me. I would also like to thank Michelle, whom I got most of my updates from and who is a professional and personable lady. I get the feeling she keeps that office running smoothly.
