I hired this attorney to obtain my owed financials from a business associate from a previous business deal. My attorney followed through and got back my money as agreed.

My name is Robert Elliott I’m a contractor in Tampa Florida I was introduced to Streetman Law for his expertise in construction law. I have known Mr. Streetman now for over six years I’ve had to use him a couple of times for professional advice, The one thing that made me really enjoy working with him with his honesty and concern of how much money it may cost me, at no time have I ever had an attorney that was concerned about how much money something was going to cost me . Mr. Streetman nose construction law, and I recommend him highly and trust what he says.

Mr. Streetman represented my family and me in a dispute over property ownership which had been donated to a trust by our cousin without our knowledge or approval. Mr. Streetman worked diligently to resolve this and the property was released from our cousin’s trust and to us (our control) since we had the majority ownership with our families. I highly recommend Morgan Streetman-he fights for “Right” and with integrity and was very hands on protecting our interests. Very, very favorable outcome and we are so thankful!!

DOH said I violate Statutes. Witch I know I did not. I was at risk of loosing my Business. Scared me to death. I had to find a lawyer to fight this for me. I searched the internet and asked some of my associates about Lawyers. And Mr Streetman name came up. Well I call Mr Streetman and asked if he would take my case. He was very educated and very direct in wanting to help me. I know people pretty good and I felt this man would fight for me. WELL in 4 DAYS he had a letter releasing my business of ALL Wrongdoing. This is the type of guy that gives attorneys bad names. Hired this attorney for a legal matter all he did was take the money and wrote a worthless demand letter that did nothing. Then he wanted more money for no progress. After 2 years I hired another lawyer and this attorney had the nerve to tell him I owed him money still at a complete lie under oath and would not send him the documents I had already paid for ! He seems to go through secretaries very quick too because they all quit and now the rude one answering the phone very rarely will not do anything or leaves early in the day. Stay away from this attorney. I now have the bar association handling the matter.

Mr. Streetman was vigilant in acquiring contracted funds for an insurance claim on my home. The situation was demanding and required significant time and expertise on the part of my attorney, Mr. Streetman. I was very pleased with the positive and rightful outcome.

I hired Mr. Streetman to help me with several contract issues with my business. At first he seemed very confident and the man for the job. As the case progressed, Mr. streetman missed a deadline and claimed it was because he was on vacation out of the country. This is where things started to go south. After numerous filings from the opposing attorney, Mr. Streetman simply could not keep up. I ended up hiring another attorney to take over the case. This made Mr. Streetman very angry and he became extremely unprofessional.

My family hired Mr. Streetman in 2010 to assist in defense of two lawsuits stemming from a housing foreclosure. Morgan has been invested since day one in finding a satisfactory outcome while keeping us completely involved in any decisions or options that we may have.
