Had a conference scheduled and the attorney was a no show then called me the next day telling me it was rescheduled but nobody communicated that with me. When I asked about it she said “well I wasn’t in office, so it’s fine” If the first impression is already unprofessional, I will most definitely pass

Nichelle was super knowledgeable and guided us through the process of getting an insurance company to pay for our faulty deck. The pool company was a nightmare, and Nichelle was the first get things turned in the right direction. Very appreciative of her guidance and support through the process.

They ended up taking my case and doing the minimum but their customer service and follow ups were non existent. I only found out the case was done through the company they sued for me. I always had to call them and felt that my case was never a big priority to them at any point. This whole law firm felt like it was just a second job from everyone I spoke with. Edit: This is still the way I feel about how my case was handled, I have changed it to 4 stars because it still was completed with a favorable outcome. Customer service is important though, After speaking with Amir it seems he understands that. I hope that helps change something.
