I contacted Ron after a fender bender I had that became very complicated. From the moment I contacted him until the final disposition of the case he was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, empathetic, and went way above and beyond to make a very upsetting and stressful situation bearable. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat, and can’t say enough about what a genuinely nice person and really good attorney he is. I know I will definitely be calling him again if I need representation.

Unfortunately, I got myself into a situation that I needed to retain a lawyer. After calling 10 lawyers in the Tampa Bay Area Ron was the last one I called. I only spoke with him for a few seconds and IMMEDIATELY I wanted to retain him. He took the time to actually TALK and LISTEN to me and was very understanding. I called my family and said he’s the one. Anytime I had a question, was unsure about something or just need advice Ron was right there to talk to me. He was worth every penny I paid. Not only that he got me out of a very complex situation I was in. Ron went ABOVE and beyond for me and I appreciate him more than he knows. Especially being able to talk to him whenever I needed him meant more than anything. Their were times I thought to myself “I am probably getting on his nerves or man there is always something popping up all the time with my case” however, he never seemed bothered or annoyed with me lol. Ron is a careful, thorough, and highly persistent attorney. I was arrested, charged with violent offenses, and held on a $125k bond. I had never been in trouble with the law, but found myself locked up. Ron was recommended by a family member, and it was the best recommendation I've received! Sunday morning, bright and early, Ron was at the jail to meet with me to go over my case. He spent weeks trying to chase down all of the "evidence" the State claimed to have. Phone calls were not productive, and the prosecutor's office would not communicate via email. Ron literally had to chase down the prosecutor at their office, and in court, just to get them to review the merits of my case. The public defender failed to get my bond reduced, but Ron was able to get a second bite at the apple, and the bond was reduced to $50k. Once he had all of the "evidence", he discussed strategy with me. The ultimate decisions regarding my case were truly mine to make. We could have successfully defended the case, but Ron had another option to consider. For the second time, he took a second bite of the apple with a deferred prosecution counseling program. Although the time to apply for said option had elapsed, Ron was able to get the prosecutor's office, and the judge to consider it. I completed the counseling, and the charges were formally dismissed. Had it not been for Ron's persistence, I could have spent a lot more time in jail, and the outcome could have been markedly different. When your freedom and your future hang in the balance, there is no one I would trust more than Ron Frey!

I reached out to Ron Frey with questions about 2 charges my son was facing after an accident. He is 16 years old and was charged with careless driving and too fast for road conditions. His accident accused bodily injuries to several occupants. Ticket clinics were unable to help, other lawyers were reluctant to take the case without a large retainer anticipating trial. Without Ron we were looking at at least 10 points on his license, suspended license and a hefty fine. Ron looked Into my sons charges and made me feel at ease from the beginning. Both charges were dismissed!! I highly recommend Ron for any charges you may be facing!

I Hired Attorney Frey in regards to a charge of a DUI which in the end, and with his efforts, I wasn’t convicted of. His fee was reasonable and he was ALWAYS available when I needed him. He walked me through each step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, Through this whole process. I have learned that there are so many hoops to jump through, so many administrative fees, court fees, driving school, impact panels etc... it literally seems never ending and can take a very long time to get through court and get all of your Administrative requirements fulfilled.
