I was charged with a reckless driving charge out of Polk County Florida in November of 2017. As anyone would search for a reputable lawyer and at a really good price I retained John Musca Law. I really didn't think I'd get off of the ticket but was I surprised at how hard they went to work right away for me. Out of 5 court dates I went to the very last one to sign papers from the state attorneys office. Free as a bird and what I paid Musca Law to get me off the ticket is cheaper then the wages I would of lost from work by going to court. Honestly the best firm I've ever dealt with and any questions is truly a phone call away.. Thanks again John Musca Law firm, I would refer you to anyone.

Using Musca Law for my traffic citation I received in Polk county was a great decision, resulting in the exact outcome I was hoping for. Polk county is a difficult county, especially when cited for driving 22 mph above the posted speed limit, but the attorneys at Musca Law were able to have adjudication withheld, so no points were added to my license. I will definitely use Musca Law again, if they are needed.

This firm IS THE ONLY one to call when you need help with a criminal case! What blew me away was how responsive they were. I called them in a panic on a Sunday morning over a holiday weekend and one of their attorneys called me back within the hour!
