Mr. Fernandez and his assistant, Austin, are the best there is when everything goes south. I am more than satisfied with the outcome of my case. He managed everything the way he said he would, even when there was new information that came to light, unexpected, he was there and managed it to the T. Danny Fernandez has tremendously helped my son and nephew in different scenarios and on different occasions. He has the best strategic ways of defense. My nephew had a warrant with two felony violations of probation. Thanks to danny my nephew was reinstated for the same probation termination with no added penalties. Mr Fernandez represented me in 2008 As my trial lawyer, when I was young and dumb. Yea, we lost the trial but he followed up with the Appeal and Won! He made a great impression on the judge, and had my sentence reduced. With out Mr Fernandez, and Gods Mercy I wouldn’t have been realeased until this year 2018.
