It's was a pleasure and honor having Attorney Cappy representing me in my auto accident case. It was a case that Morgan and Morgan wouldn't even touch, due to I was the number one person on the police report. Attorney Cappy believe in my innocents even though the police report and the insurance companies didn't. He was able to still retrieve a good settlement from the insurance company, "within a short period of time", even after they offered a snowball offer. Attorney Cappy was availible most of the time, or got back to me within a timely manner. Even though you can tell that he's well educated. He was easy to commutated with. I found him to be honest, respectful, and very trustworthy. His staff was a pleasure to work with, too. This guy and his staff is awesome! After speaking to him for a few minutes he understood me when everybody else didnt and he took my disability case.
