Everyone in the office was helpful, diligent & efficient. Everything was handled electronically so I wasn’t taking much time away from work or my personal life to run down to the office to meet with them! Very convenient. & my outcome was more than expected! Highly recommended!!

I don't have anything good about the one person who was either a paralegal of Mr.Ryan Cappy, or something in his office that didn't defend me when they needed too. How would you allow for the other guy's insurance when he hit and total my car, get blame 20 percent of fault for not remembering if I was driving or at a complete stop. When bags deployed leaving me deaf for 40sec about no more. I felt they didn't fight hard for me not to get 20 percent at fault. That's why I'm still fighting for my license. I will never use his service again. 😒

Ryan and my caseworker Meylin were phenomenal! They were patient with me and answered all my questions. Ryan and his staff were all very helpful. The team made the process feel seamless from start to finish. I've never needed a lawyer before and I was leery of what I was about to get myself into.
