I was accepted as a client for a discrimination case against a former employer and signed the contract with them in May. I never filed a complaint with the EEOC because I ignorantly assumed that my attorney would be handling that for me. They waited until October, one month past the deadline to file with the EEOC, to notify me that they were dropping me as a client because they aren't licensed to practice in the state that I live in. Absolutely unacceptable!

Mr. Cabassa did an excellent job with my case. His experience and ability to navigate through the very uncomfortable process of suing a former employer with ease is remarkable. I am very grateful for his help. I highly recommend this attorney.

After doing some initial research, we emailed a recap of what we felt was my husband's law suit. An appointment was set with Attorney Tony Cabassa; who felt my husband had a case. Attorney Cabassa explained the procedures, and gave us his prognosis. We chose to sign the contract and the outcome was as Mr. Cabassa projected. This firm is excellent on return communication; which helps relieve the stress of having to file a lawsuit I would highly recommend.

Mr. Cabassa is awesome at what he do. He was super supportive to me when i was vulnerable with an employer and embraced the situation and took care of it. It was such a long process, and he guided me through it. He was always available to answer any questions i had, and informed me with anything that was going on. His office staff are very professional and nice, always returned my emails etc. I am very statisfied with the outcome of my case, and will definitely work with him in the future if need be. Highly recommend him if anyone have a legal issue with their employer, etc.

Hired this Firm to help me with a case, case was accepted the case without really understanding how to help me, lack of communication and true Discernment, caused me to loose time and a very high profile case, easy case with tons of documentation and proof against Corinthian Colleges. My case that was neglected and missmanaged and communication was always poor. Case was later taken by another firm of competitive attorneys, who not only won the case but were so sharp and competent that 11 branches have been closed so far, the US Government is closing many more around the United States. Came to this attorneys because I had previously used them and after analysing , came to conclussion that in the last case all the work was done by me and charged over 16.000.00 thousands of dollars for less than two hours of work in a case were only I managed the full negotiation and documentation the 16k were to prepare the settlement agreement and a couple of calls. Total Failure,after seen that this National School closed almost every school in the US I realized the type of case I lost due to the fact that, I gave this Fools a chance to demontrate expertice,with thousands of proof against the colleges they failed to even understand what the case was at all about. I hope this does not happen to you.
