I recently found myself in need of an attorney to handle what initially seemed like a routine Landlord/Tenant dispute over my deposit. The issue turned out to be much more contetious and difficult than anticipated. Mr. Hackworth was professional thoroughout thr process, relentless in followig through and methodical and determined in his approach to successfully recover my deposit. Good lawyer works hard on your case

When I was first looking for someone to represent me in my divorce proceeding, I called several law offices and waited days to get a call back, if I got one at all. That didn't happen with Hackworth Law. I called and left a message on a Friday after 6 pm, expecting the same runaround- only to have Jon himself call me back within 15 minutes. Jon is the most responsive lawyer I could imagine having. He answered my questions at all hours of the day and night and reassured me all throughout the process. I was never blindsided by him and always had a good idea of what our next steps were and how long something could take. He advocated for me all along the way. He's a great lawyer who puts his clients first.

Pretty much the same sentiment that many people have expressed. Very reasonable rates for exceptional work. As an ex convict, family law court was scary.
