My wife was involved in a rear end collision and Mr. Grimaldi handled her case. He was very professional, always responsive to emails and kept us in the loop the whole time and never had a problem as many questions that were asked. I would highly recommend this law firm for your personal injury cases as they will try their best to get you the maximum settlement that is deserved.

I worked with TJ Grimaldi after several of my friends mentioned he helped them out with their personal injury cases. I was rear ended over the summer and ended up receiving hospital services. TJ immediately took charge of the case and provided me the necessary steps to make sure I handled my situation efficiently. I had the good fortune of working with Marc Matthews after my car accident. This process was all new to me and right from our first meeting, Marc helped me feel at ease. He was kind, confident, and in that first meeting he demonstrated that he was knowledgeable and sincerely interested and concerned with my situation. As my case progressed, I also worked with other members of the firm who were all equally kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. My case proceeded very smoothly with Marc and his team all working hard behind the scenes that it just seemed to go smoothly from my point of view. Any time I had any questions or concerns, I only needed to call and my questions were answered, my concerns relieved. If I needed to speak to Marc, again, just one quick call — if Marc wasn’t available at the moment, it was never long before he was returning my call. With my vehicle totaled and after two surgeries, we were preparing for trial and Marc was confident we had a solid case, but I urged Marc that I really preferred not to go to trial and he followed my wishes and secured a settlement that I was happy with. I’m certain, if we had gone to trial as Marc wanted us to, that with Marc and his team’s skills and talents working on my behalf, we would have been successful.
