​​​​​​​​​​​​March 4, 2024 I work hard making a living at what I love doing. I am a professional over-the-road truck driver and I take my responsibilities very seriously. This past year the Florida Department of Revenue seized funds not only belonging to me, but also thousands of dollars entrusted to me by my employer intended for cross-country overhead (fuel and an assortment of fees necessary to reach my destination). The bureacratic red tape of a government organiztion like the DOR quickly became overwhelming and they refused to acknowledge any error had been made. That's when a friend recommended I contact Attorney Jonathan Hackworth. What a game-changer that turned out to be! My experience is behind the wheel of an 18 wheeler, not in financial litigation. And certainly not litigating with a government organzation like the Department of Revenue. Nearly $20,000 was at stake! Attorney Hackworth took the time and patience necessary to gain a full understanding of my case including where and how the error occured.
