Horrible experience with James G. Souza III, P. that cost me a lot of money. If I could leave negative stars I would! James Souza will lie about everything once he gets the money from you he doesn’t care about you or your case. Slow responsive, Unprofessional in so many ways, Trash customer service, Trash greedy lawyer. He doesn’t like to respond to email because it hold him accountable for his negligent. Nothing has been done for my case! Spend your money somewhere else. James Souza is a joke

From the initial consult with Mr. Souza (Jim) we knew right away that we were in good hands. He immediately makes you feel welcome, shows genuine care and concern. Most importantly his experience and history as an attorney has proven invaluable. Our first experience with Jim was with our son that has a mental illness. During a time he was not taking his medicine he was arrested, and we knew we needed to seek legal advice. Jim was able to have the charges moved from criminal court to the Mental Health Court system. After successful completion of the program our son was able to have his charges dropped. In another legal situation with a family member without question Jim was the first call. Throughout the process which can be lengthy he kept us informed and we never felt concerned that our case was not receiving the attention it needed. Jim and his staff were amazing. At first we were told that there wasn’t insurance for medical. They kept In communication and pushing for my case. After a few months he called to tell me there was money available and we could work toward a settlement. With on 3 months he had gotten me a full settlement. I am so grateful to Jim and his entire staff. I will recommend him and his staff to anyone I know.
