When facing a criminal charge, we hired Mr. Souza to represent a family member. From first point of contact via phone, he was very clear spoken, empathetic and ready to assist. Upon meeting in his office to go over details of the case, he was very transparent with how the legal system works. He gave us reassurance that he would fight for the best possible outcome. He worked swiftly and tediously and the charges were dismissed immediately. We have had the pleasure of referring Mr. Souza to others whom are also pleased with their outcomes. This is a rip off Lawyer. I paid him 15,000.00 dollars and he didn't do anything for me, absolutely nothing. I end up hiring another lawyer to handle my case.

I met James in Jun of 2018.... His demeanor and his willingness to arise to whatever challenge that may present itself definitively put me at ease. He gives 110% and truly cares about his clients. I give James Souza 5 stars for his honesty and deligance in resolving my case. I was charged with a 2nd dui offense, and he got it dropped to a moving violation. An addition I blew a positive in the interlock device and he took care of that. In life you get what you pay for he is definitely worth more.

This man is a horrible lawyer. He ripped me off for 15,000 dollars. He will trick you by saying it will cost 15,000 up front...give him the 15,000 and he tells me a month later he wants another 15,000 or he won't do anything on the case. He also did this to a friend of mine for 10,000 SAME EXACT SCENARIO. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!!!
