Donna Stockham seemed like a light at the end of a tunnel after having a very bad experience with another law firm for Hurricane Ian claim. Every step was very strategic and well thought out. Tina was able to get us the insurance settlement we needed to repair our home after Hurricane Ian AND successfully defended us against a frivolous lawsuit filed by our homeowner’s insurance company. In truth, there is no way to adequately describe everything she did for us or the overall impact she had on our lives. After spending nearly a year and a half negotiating with our homeowners insurance company in regards to our Hurricane-Ian claim, we were left feeling exhausted and defeated. I just want to say that last year our home was a disaster from hurricane Ian and too make long story short ,my granddaughter lived here also and she had five open heart surgeries and a heart transplant.Well we had mold all over our home with no roof no walls no floor. pool was leaking all over with other people’s furniture in it and our insurance would not pay but only $20,000 and that’s including we lost all our clothes and beds and bedding and everything, anyway, we found Donna Stockholm and let me tell you I was weary at first, but this woman fought for us so much she believed in us she always asked how we were doing and she knew that we had a granddaughter that couldn’t be in the house and she wore a mask all day every day and she knew how we were living ,anyway she called us one day and said guess what it’s finally over and we won,OMG,we all were dancing in tears coming down our faces with happiness and finally we get to have a normal healthy home again thanks to Donna Stockholm, There’s so much more I could say and go on and on if you ever need a good lawyer, don’t even hesitate.
