I've had the good fortune of working with Travis Hearne. It's not often that I've worked with a lawyer who was super knowledgeable, honest/transparent and very caring. Travis checked all three boxes. I strongly encourage anyone looking for an attorney with his area of expertise to speak with him. You'll be glad you did!

Gregory Golson represented me in a recent litigation action. He was always responsive, pleasant to work with, took the time to thoroughly understand the dynamics of the issue and was well preparation for the arbitration. The potential award was not a large sum of money, but Greg took the case on with the same energy as if it had been a huge case! Greg has also handled some other contractual matters for me and did a great job. I will continue to hire Greg again in the future to represent me and my firm. He is an excellent attorney and truly cares about his clients best interests!

David Mechanik of Mechanik Nuccio has been Highwoods Land Use/Zoning attorney for the past 22 years. He has always done excellent work for us and completes a project on time and within budget. As important, he is a real problem solver. We highly recommend him.

David Mechanik of Mechanik Nuccio did an excellent job for us. He was able to make the argument to the City of Tampa that our property was an existing non-confirming use. This saved us approximately $300,000 on in-lieu of parking fees. We had previously been turned down and were facing a potentially costly appeal. David was able to step in and convinced the staff to reverse their decision. . I highly recommend him!

Our only experience was with W. Gregory Golson and we would not do it again. He charges $340 per hour, over bills and under delivers. He is a nice guy so if you are looking for something non confrontational he might be ok, but if you need someone aggressive many other better lawyers. BTW, he gets very aggressive when you dispute his over charges and he threatens to take you to court. Completely refused Florida's Free arbitration.
