My husband is a Navy veteran loosing his voice box to cancer from asbestos. I fought for 7 years to get him a disability award. The Wardell Law Firm was recommended to me from a veteran collecting for a veteran organization at a local grocery store. When I called and spoke to Jim I was turned over to Josh who is a Marine veteran. Josh worked hard to help us get a disability award in a relatively short time. I had submitted two claims to the VA which were denied. I found Wardell Law Firm in a local military publication and contacted them. Wardell Law Firm was very helpful and resubmitted my claims to the VA and both were approved. In addition, in reviewing my VA records, they thought I did not receive a fair and just rating on a claim submitted a number of years ago and ask if they could reopen this claim. As a result, the VA increased the previous rating. Wardell Law Firm did not charge me for filing my claims. My agreement was to pay 20% of any back pay received. Without Wardell Law Firm, I would not have gotten my claims approved and would probably given up or would still be fighting with the VA. When my husband died in the hospital, something just didn’t sit right with me. So, I connected with Jim and explained everything to him. Jim and Josh have helped more Veterans in the Tampa Bay area than anyone else I am aware of.
