I tried for years to get the VA to consider my agent orange claim with no success. My son recommend that i contact this firm and within one year that not only got my case heard but with an approval of my claim. I am so thankful for the hard work and dedication i received from this firm. I highly recommend them to anyone especially a veteran with a valid claim.

I was fortunate to meet James Wardell in my college days and then discovered through an alumni function his firm supported VA disability claim issues. Reaching out, I was connected with Josh Boykin (Marine veteran) to discuss my issue. Josh spent more than ample time with me discussing my case (and my concerns) with a 'floundering' claim. He explained all the nuances then attacked my claim problem -- within a few short months, the claim was finally adjudicated (in my favor). I am a 20 year Vietnam Veteran who after my retirement from the Air Force developed cancer from exposure to Agent Orange amongst other issues, I had file numerous disability claims with the VA but to no avail.
