I lost my son to a tragic drowning. He was just three years old. I hired attorney name Kenneth Williams Kenneth Williams never did anything with the lawsuit never sent the opposing counsel any type of documentations that he was representing me in this claim against the department of children and families the limit ran out, I contacted this attorney Matthew Schwartz Schwartz told me to send over all the Dcf complaints against the mother leading up to his death. I did so after reading him he told me yeah it sounds like you had a case against Dcf and he doesn’t understand why the attorney didn’t do anything so I was trying to sue the attorney For allowing the statutory limit to run out after sharing my private documents from the department of children of families with this attorney he told me that somebody else in the firm was looking at the documents from DCF and then I get an email from them. We’re not gonna represent you very very blunt very brief no type of condolences. Nothing at all. I consider this attorney a very inconsiderate attorney, no emotion at all and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody

I had a short but very pleasant phone consult with Matthew Schwartz at 6:30 PM. He was in his car, and took my call immediately, and gave me great advice about how I might proceed with action against an unethical and inept local attorney in St. Petersburg. Unlike the scheister in St.Pete, he told me upfront that his services would be cost prohibitive for handling my case, but informed me that I could pursue a small claims action against him, pro se (representing myself), and advised that I file a complaint with the Florida Bar against the miscreant.
