I had significant assets and was in a very contested divorce. I needed a new lawyer because my first lawyer was not aggressive enough to get me through the divorce. I reviewed the case with Angelina Whittington. She took the case and did what it took to get me exactly the deal that I wanted. She even got my ex wife's lawyer to withdraw from the case over a technicality. She was brilliant. The judge had nothing but praise for her and the way she handled my case. I was out of the marriage in under a year with the assets I wanted to keep still in my name. She did everything right. She billed me monthly. She spent a lot of time on the case, but it required a lot of time and I never got a shocking bill. Her rates were fair. I would recommend her to anyone who has a family matter and wants a great lawyer at a reasonable rate. She got the job done when my last lawyer said there was no way I would ever get everything I was asking for.

I hired Angelina Whittington to handle a very complicated probate case. I was appointed Personal Representative for my father's estate. My father had real estate in the US and in Canada which she identified and sold for the estate. Angelina Whittington found bank accounts in Switzerland and Lithuania in my father's name. She quickly had the money transferred from the Swiss Account into the probate account. However, the Lithuanian Bank refused to release the funds, so Angelina got all the required paperwork in order, flew to Lithuania and in three days time got the Lithuanian Bank to release all the money to the probate estate. She coordinated the case with my five brothers and sisters located throughout the United States and did a remarkable job keeping everyone happy and getting the estate closed and the monies distributed. I give her my very highest recommendation for probate matters. She went above and beyond the call of duty on this one and her fee was very reasonable given the work involved on this case.

She created trusts, moved my assets into trusts at my request to protect them, updated my will, and invited me to Thanksgiving with her family. Her rates were less than other lawyers I talked to.
