It was a pleasure hiring and working with the Abrahamson&Uiterwyk law firm. During my deposition, Mr Tomas Gacio was meticulous and straightforward. I felt prepared, and I did very well. The same professionalism went into my mediation. As attorney, Andrew Bennett made it known to the opposing side that he was willing to go all the way legally to make me, his client whole and satisfied. Abraham and Uiterwyk has hands down been the biggest blessing I received in the past 3 years due to them making the process so easy and painless for me. I had got into my first car accident 2 years ago and the only people there for me were my team at A&U. Where do I begin? Strap on your seatbelt (always! and no pun intended!)... Mr Hoffman, Mr Gacio, and all the paralegals I had the pleasure of working with at Abrahamson and Uiterwyk (A+U) were fantastic professionals. I was involved in a car accident in April of 2022 and I needed legal help moving forward. Initially I chose the wrong lawyer. I knew it almost immediately and it took a few months to finally make the decision to look for new legal advice and representation. I was recommended A+U by my former boss. Ever since I contacted them on day one, my experience has been excellent and professional. They sent an intake specialist to my home and he basically said "We got this from here, don't contact anyone else and forget about the previous law firm". The entire process almost went to court but thankfully in the very end (be patient!!! Try and move on with your life the best you can!!!), the other side met the fair and just demands of A+U. It took the best part of three years when said and done, and the entire process was painstaking and stressful. Overall I think it was a very fair outcome and it prevented a lengthy and costly court case for all involved Lawyers and paralegals are very busy people (especially with big busy law firms), so be patient, be helpful, be honest and be respectful. Believe in your innocence and the law, ask God for guidance and strength, and eventually the outcome will be great. I won't hesitate to recommend or use A+U again in the future! Thanks everyone! Now rebuilding my life continues minus the black cloud of a legal proceeding!
