I am an attorney that used Damien McKinney as a guardian ad litem on multiple cases. Of all the guardian ad litems I have seen or used, Damien McKinney is by far the best. His reports are extremely thorough, very detailed, and very substantive. He takes the time to go through each factor one-by-one and lists his well thought out reasons for his recommended parenting plan. If you are a lawyer with a case needed a GAL, I strongly recommend Damien McKinney. If you are not and attorney and looking for one, I strongly recommend Damien McKinney. I have no doubt that he would put that same care and effort that he does with GAL reports to work for you!

I give Ben Stechschulte 5 stars because I was falsely accused and my career was in trouble. The end result was a non jury hearing and the judgement was not guilty. He kept communication open through the whole process and I only appeared in court once.
