This is the second time I have hired Chris Hersem for a minor traffic violation. I was a little over the speed limit coming home late from work one night and was stopped by a police offer and was given a ticket. The next day I called Chris and he was very confident that he could make sure that no points were added to my license, which is the only thing I was really concerned about. This time Chris was able to do more than that because he was able to get the case thrown out altogether with no additional charges. I will always call Chris first with matters like this because not only is he a great attorney, but he is always very kind and communicative through every step of the legal process. Thank you, Chris!

Thank you very much Mr. Hersem! If you are looking for a traffic lawyer you can’t go wrong with Mr Hersem! I have a CDL and got into an accident on a Merging Lane, of course nobody likes to let a big semi truck merge into the expressway, but anyways, as bad as those can be for a CDL holder, Mr. Hersem got it dismissed. He will email you updates after every step, so no need to worry about anything! I’m definitely coming back if I ever get a ticket again!
