I went to the Ligori office for a car accident injury. I had a fantastic experience with his personnel and specifically my case worker Deborah. They were very patient and fair!!! I would recommend anyone to them for an injury lawyer firm. 5 stars

I was referred to Atty Ligori's firm because they had done such a great job for my daughter in the past. I didn't have big expectations due to the little insurance coverage the at fault driver had, in addition to my medical expenditures from my sustained injures. Pleasantly I was surprised!!!!! Not only was all my medical bills covered but I was still able to receive a substantial financial payment. Miraculous work!!!! This firm is efficient, professional, reliable and personable! I will definitely recommend Ligori's firm.

I have hold off for months when it comes to writing a review hoping things would change. At this point my patience is gone and I am really tired of the run around. I got into an accident on 3/15/2018. I have been through 4 different case managers. Autumn was incredibly hard to get in touch with and eventually she left the firm, Deborah I talked to several times and was pleasant. I soon got assigned to Stacey who was completely rude and had the worst attitude. She always spoke to me as if I was the problem. She was just the worse. She Is also no longer with the firm. I am now assigned to Leslie who is very polite but I feel like I am now just given the run around, It always something. Gieco settled on 1/11/2019....Today is 04/10/2019 and I have YET to receive any payment for me or my daughter that was in the accident. They say that its because they are trying to get my medical bills reduced and say the hospital is the hardest to get an answer from but both my daughter and my medical bills were all covered by PIP so there was no balance. I had to literally call everyday to stay on top of things to get things done. Stacey apparently was suppose to be working on getting my bills reduced but she wasn't doing any of that. I constantly get excuses of they are extremely understaffed and really behind on their work. When I call they are unable to take my call, say they will call back but only respond with an email. On 4/1/2019 they finally got my bills reduced to as much as they could and per my request reduced the lawyer portion which is appreciated. I was told on 4/2/2019 that a paper was sent priority mail for me to sign that til this day I have not received because Leslie either one sent it to a wrong address that I updated and confirmed is no longer my residence several times or she just didnt send it all. I was told on 4/4/19 that she personally took the check to the post office after work to mail it priority but again it is the evening of the 10th and I have yet to receive anything. Now I live in GA so it should definitely be here by now. But again either she sent it to my FL address which I have repeatedly updated (which I get mail from them to my GA address for monthly news letters) or she simply didn't send it. I can only assume at this point because when I call( which I've been calling since Monday 4/8 and its now 4/10 I can't get anyone on the phone to ask a simple question about what is the status with the paper work which was sent or if she sent it to the right address. At this point its exhausting and its not even about the money. What bothers me the most is given the run around, not being in the loop of things & it seems the firm is completely unorganized. I wonder if the lawyers actually understand what is truly going on. Again I did not want this to be the review I wrote; I really was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I honestly wouldn't refer anyone to them until they got the office and its staff more organized and on the same page or hire staff that has the experience and skills they need to make every clients experience the best possible. I know this firms work, they have helped a family member receive 1M settlement for wrongful death but this issue has to be addressed and fixed the right way.
