Ms. Bartilucci is a marvelous and a well-educated lawyer. I hired her two years ago because my husband violated his probation. Not once, but three times I hired her to represent him. He was facing five years. I was speechless when she got him placed back on probation.
Again, Ms. Bartilucci is a fantastic lawyer and never doubts you or acts as if she is better than you like some lawyers do. And for that, I recommend her to anyone who’s in need of an exquisite lawyer.

I have used Mrs. Bartilucci twice now and both times I have been more than happy with her services. I found her on a google search, contacted her and she was able to meet with me immediately. She goes above and beyond to make sure you understand everything about your case and explains anything that needs to be in great detail that everyday people can understand. She keeps in regular contact and updates you every step of the way. I do not live in FL anymore but if I did and ever needed legal help again, Mrs. Bartilucci would be the first lawyer I contact

Kudos to Denise for the excellent job and going the extra mile to resolve my concern in my best interest. She reached out beyond the expected to assist and was successful in recovering what I thought was a lost cause. Again...She did an awesome job! I would use her services again if needed.

My son and I used Denise Bartilucci's service to resolve an old probation violation. We discovered after booking a cruise that this violation would prevent him from being able to board the cruise. With not a lot of time before the cruise, Denise was able to resolve the case fairly and quickly. She was in constant communication with us letting us know the status and court appearances. Also, she was able to complete this with my son living in a different state.

Ms. Bartilucci handled two cases involving my son, who , as a result of some bad decisions on his part, required the services of an attorney. I couldn't have been more pleased with his choice of representation. As a mother, I felt assured that she cared for my son's welfare and future and did not simply think of him as a client. With his permission, she kept my husband and I updated on every case development and offered advice to my son at each stage of his case. He could have been easily overwhelmed with all of the legalese he confronted; however, she thoroughly explained each term and step to him. And, she was only a phone or email away to immediately answer any of our questions.
Going through something like this was not easy on any of us, but we felt our son was in the best possible hands. I was thankful that, at our request, she offered advice to him that would, hopefully help him make better choices in the future. I cannot think of a better attorney to have at your side.

To Whom it May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to bring to light (particularly to attorneys) what I view as a truly remarkable service provided by Denise Bartilucci, a defense lawyer in Hillsborough and surrounding Florida counties.
First, please allow me to introduce myself and provide some background information. My name is Gene and I reside in Ludington, Michigan. My wife and I have a forty three year old son (Kevin) who resided in Tampa, Florida until June 17 of this year when he moved back to Michigan.
In a court appearance on May 4, 2016 Kevin contested the amount of child support due. After hearing and reviewing the circumstances the judge ruled that Kevin owed nothing in child support and closed that case. On June 14, 2016 Kevin had to appear in traffic court regarding a charge of driving on a suspended license due to lack of child support payment. There was a lot of confusion regarding this matter but Kevin did in fact get his license back prior to the June 14, 2016 court date because he owed nothing in child support.
Thirteen days prior to the June 14, 2016 court date Kevin's attorney dropped Kevin as a client stating “I can't continue to work for free”. I should add that two previous bills from this attorney had been paid in full and the attorney was informed in writing that I would be glad to discuss any monies owed to him upon final disposition of this matter.
When Kevin appeared before the judge on June 14 he (and I) thought that the issue of his license suspension had been taken care of and the matter would simply be closed. That did not happen. Kevin was asked how he pleaded; guilty, not guilty or no contest. Kevin was not expecting this and had no idea how he should plea or the consequences of each plea option. The next question was whether or not Kevin wanted a trial by jury. Then Kevin was asked if he wanted to complete some kind of program, which Kevin knew absolutely nothing about. The judge then told Kevin to go back and sit down and think about his options and he would be called back before the judge later that afternoon.
Kevin came back and sat down next to me, totally devastated. He had no idea what to do. There was a young male attorney sitting directly in front of me so I tapped him on the shoulder and asked him if he knew anything about this program the judge had mentioned. He told me that he did, and if I would like to retain him he would be glad to tell me about it. I chose not to take him up on his offer.
While I was having this discussion with the attorney there was a female attorney standing in line to appear before the judge who heard my discussion with the other attorney. She came over to us and said that she would be glad to talk with us as soon as she was done appearing before the judge. As soon as she was done appearing before the judge this attorney came back to Kevin and me and asked us to step outside the court room so we could talk. During our introductions I learned that this attorney's name was Denise Bartilucci.
Miss Bartilucci wanted to know Kevin's story, and after hearing it, said she would be glad to appear with Kevin as a Friend of the Court when Kevin was called before the judge again. Just prior to appearing before the judge with Kevin Miss Bartilucci spoke with the Prosecuting Attorney. I have no idea what was discussed. When Kevin was called back before the judge Miss Bartilucci informed the judge that she would be appearing with Kevin as a Friend of the Court and after a brief discussion informed the judge that Kevin did have a valid driver's license, the judge dismissed the case. In a very short period of time both Kevin and I went from feeling totally overwhelmed and devastated to feeling extreme appreciation for a young lady who took the time and initiative to understand Kevin's case and was then willing to appear before the judge with Kevin and represent him as a Friend of the Court.
