Brad Souders is a very competent attorney. He is very professional but also very compassionate. He came to my house because I was hurting too bad to go to his office. He answers his phone when you call and if for some reason he can't, he calls back in a timely fashion. He explains everything in detail and keeps you up to date on your case. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. He makes you feel very comfortable.

Where do I start. This was the 1st time I have ever had to obtain an attorney for something like this. Saying I was terrified is an understatement. Brad was referred to me by someone I trust so I went straight to him. From the first conversation to the last, Brad made me feel at ease. Handing a situation over to an attorney was extremely difficult for me. I am so glad that I did hand it over. Brad and his staff covered everything from A to Z. If I called and he couldn’t answer, he made sure to acknowledge me with a quick text explaining. He always stayed on the path. The woman he has at closing is just as wonderful. Very thorough. Efficient. Organized. Reassuring. There’s much more that comes to mind but you get my drift. I HIGHLY recommend Brad and his team.
