Erica and her team saved us from a pretty terrible situation another attorney in Tampa put us in. Stepparent adoptions can be complicated but in our case it shouldn't have been and Erica righted all the wrongs and treated us with dignity and respect. We feel so fortunate that we found her and she accepted to help us. She is an expert in contested adoptions and we highly recommend her to anyone in this situation.

We have struggled with the biological mother of my stepson (or I should say now my son!) for several years now. They have no relationship since a newborn. Erica is one of the most intelligent people we have ever met. She and Kim are extremely dedicated, compassionate, and incredibly well-versed in contested adoption case law. As a blended family, my wife and I adopted our respective children. Given that we expected both cases to be contested, Erica was assigned to both. It took a deep dive on her part into every nuance of our cases and lives to navigate us through the process, and ultimately succeed. Every part of it was terrifying except for the hearings and conference calls with Erica.
