I don’t know where to begin. My son is my whole world and I thought nothing could top that or even come close. Then it happened my sons biological father decided to sign over his rights.... now comes the moment that comes close to be my son being born.... my husband immediately saying I’m calling lawyers now he will finally be my official son. I think it was how he didn’t hesitate how my son was never without a father. How he chose my son and it was like he won the lottery...of course after tears of joy to our new start as an official family... we knew we had to get all the legal things done. Which is scary... you want to do it Right... no mistakes. This is where Erica comes in. My husband literally left messages for them that night we found out at 9 pm and they called us first thing the next morning. She made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. That every I was dotted and every T crossed. Not only that the rest of the staff is awesome too. Down to earth easy to talk and efficient. One of the best parts are they ANSWER the phone. I’ve dealt with lawyers in the past and I’m always emailing and leaving messages with the paralegal. This wasn’t the case, it was a breath of fresh air to get my emails and calls answered consistently and promptly. You guys rock! I’m not sure how you thank someone for making your one wish come true. I always wanted my son to have the best life and now we can make that happen. Thank you for being my genie and making my greatest wish come true!

This law firm is first class. The processed our adoption wonderfully. They communicate so well and make the process easy. We had a contested adoption which was tough but they stayed the course and took care of everything. Wonderful staff and wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend. We have used other attorneys in other failed adoptions and they were not at the level as Jeanne Tate’s firm.

Before we hired Jeanne Tate, we had a very incompetent lawyer (if you can even call him that) who actually lost his licence in the middle of our adoption case. Jeanne righted all wrongs and did our entire adoption over to make sure we didn't lose our daughter. We cannot say enough for Jeanne Tate, and how amazing she was throughout entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure our adoption finalized. I haven't seen someone so passionate about what they do. It was honestly like a breath of fresh air after everything we went through with our first lawyer (or lack there of). They kept us up-to-date on everything that was happening and all the steps they were taking, both with our adoption until it was final and continue to do so in steps against our old attorney. Don't make my mistake. Hire the right attorney from the beginning. Jeanne is DEFINITELY the right attorney!
