I have had an old uncleared case that at some point had to be taken care of. I‘ve received a recommendation to contact Mr. Souza with this problem. And I have to say - it was the best decision! Mr. Souza called me back very fast, even though I live in Europe now. He took a lot of time to listen to me and every detail of my trouble. He was very professional and at the same time really friendly and pleasant to talk to, and it’s very important when you are going to trust someone with some very private details from your life ( or past life). Straight away I had a good feeling about my new attorney! We did everything with the help of emails and phone calls. I didn’t have to worry about anything, because Mr. Souza has done everything on my behalf, and no other attorney could represent me more perfectly, than this lawyer! After a few months I received an email that everything was over and have won! So, if you are in some kind of troubles and looking for an attorney who will take your case seriously and will be fighting for you passionately, than this is your man!

James Souza is a personal injury trial lawyer who isn't afraid of suing trucking companies when they are at fault. My husband was hit by a semi-truck and suffered severe back injuries. Mr. Souza's law firm tried everything but the trucking company's insurance company refused to offer us a fair settlement. It was only after Mr. Souza filed the lawsuit that the insurance company for the trucking company settled the case for 5 times more than the amount they offered before the lawsuit! I called five lawyers down in fla and everyone sounded negative. I live a thousand miles away and it's tuff to get back down there. In fact he quoted me a little higher price I accepted his price cause it was in line with the rest of the quotes I got and he called me an hour later and said he had made a mistake that it was actually a cheaper price. I had six years of probation and he got me off at three years I wish I would have called sooner. I feel confident in saying that he could have got me off sooner. Best part was I called him less than two weeks ago and now I am Scott free. It was really fast efficient and honest which is the most important thing to me. I am no way affiliated/related to him I'm just estownded by how efficient he was for my friend and I. I told James to use me as a referral so if you call his office he can give you my phone number and I'll tell you all the details of how great he was. I have passed his phone number out to anyone I can cause he deserves the work he's a great lawyer. I type with two giant thumbs so he had to be a wizard to get this long of a review out of me.

He is a very capable attorney and always easy to get in touch with. He helped my son stay out of federal prison by getting him enrolled in a drug rehab center. He tries to help people with their problems rather than see them go to jail.
