I was referred to Kristina by a former divorce attorney (who’s services I could no longer afford). He spoke so highly of her and told me how incredibly smart she was. I began working Kristina back in 2017 and she did NOT disappoint! First of all, I love working with someone who is down to earth and easy to talk to. I do not understand law and the “lingo” at all so she was able to translate things for me. Being a mother of three herself, she was easily relatable and understood the challenges I was facing in my own situation. Flash forward to year 2020...I called Kristina in hopes she could help me with another situation related to our Florida case. It must be noted that I live in CA now and when I called her for help. She was right on it walking me every step, always in contact, and always there when I had questions. She was able to help me even though I am now 3,000 miles away! This woman knows law like the back of her hand and is able to point out things that I would have never even thought of. I just can’t say enough good things about her! Knowledgeable, relatable, understanding, compassionate, loyal, and highly intelligent are the words that best describe this woman. Thank you!

Kristie has always gone above and beyond my expectations, I'm so thankful she was recommended to me! She truly cares about her clients and it's great that she's so relatable (some attorneys are so stuffy and intimidating, but Kristie is so welcoming and has such a calming presence). She explains everything to you, so you're not in the dark, and tells you her honest opinion, not just what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. She's always willing to help and fight for her client's best interest and has such a wealth of knowledge. I would never normally write anything to harm someones professional career but enough is enough. She had no problem taking my mother's 5k. Constant excuses on why she could NEVER keep her appointments. Paid for a divorce we never received and then had the nerve to ask for more money!!! How she isn't disbarred is beyond me!

Hiring her was the worst mistake I made. She fails to answer my calls, she failed to keep her scheduled meetings and phone conferences, her issues come first and your case suffers for it, she always has an excuse as to why she cannot keep an appointment... Her team doesn't answer calls and they seem to always give the same excuses.. Kristina has a cleaver way of speaking to you to trick you into hiring her so be aware of her B.S. Again hiring her was a HUGE MISTAKE.

Kristi is caring and realistic, persistly offer her calm assurance in my divorce case. She has gone above and beyond to take care of me and answer my many questions. Kristi has sat with me for hours to seek the needed information that makes my case strong. I love her for that. I feel she is sincere and has a true desire to help me get through my crisis.

After hiring her it became apparent winning my case was not as important as getting my money. The ratings she has of 1 star pretty much tells my story.

Phone conference schedule for 10am. Call at 10:10 can you do 11? Sure. Call at 11:10 can you do 1. Sure. Call at 1:10. Can you do 3. Sure. Call at 3:10. Can you do tomorrow am. What the heck I’m on a string all day waiting for my conference with her. Then I release her and hire a real attorney and I’m still waiting for the balance of my retainer almost 2 months later. I’m actually considering reporting her to the Florida bar association. And excuses. Where do I begin. Have most of them in text messages. Sick... plumbing issues.. car accident... kid issues... etc. NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!

The team there doesn’t communicate well between each other. When I had a question I was given numerous excuses related to life not my case. I was told they were waiting for a response to my motion just to find out a week later it wasn’t filled yet. Terrible customer service.

Kristie, took many unnecessary actions in order to charge me. Once I was out of money right before my trial for divorce, she stated she would drop my case if I did not give her rights to my portion of marital home. I did not and she dropped my case right before the trial. Then she sent me an outrageous bill.

Very thankful you were recommended to me!!! Not just another case… Words cannot express the professionalism Kristina Foster; Attorney has given me in my time of need. She takes the time to listen and act to the fullest extent of the law for her client’s best interest. She’s very detail oriented and stays on top of everything. Calls, emails etc… were beyond my expectations. She’s extremely knowledgeable of the law and I always felt she genuinely cares about her client/case.
