I was in a severe motorcycle accident .i am disabled for life, my life changed forever, I went to the injunction meeting and once the attorney new they were having to go to trial to get paid I became a disease and irrelevant as they don't go to trial. The attorney even said he did not even want to finish the case, whether he meant to say it to himself he spoke loudly and clearly. Where are your ethics? I was shocked. He was clearly upset after arbitration and i thought "wow what passion" NOT he was upset he may not get paid.The only superior service was from Lauren...you know what they say about a detractor. I'm one of them. a new handicapped way of living and the attorney who was handling my case ! Well you have your 6 figure pay you can go back to. Nothing but pain for me and a new way of living.... oh I have a awesome handicapped of parking at least.

Recently, my partner and I were in an awful car accident. We are both young adults with no real life experience in this area- it was very scary. W&Y were so kind to us, they made us so comfortable the entire process and prioritized our physical and mental health over everything. It’s very silly to say but I genuinely felt like you guys cared about us and what we had been through. Attourney Chris was so helpful, he even gave us advice on other issues we were having related to the accident that weren’t necessarily his criteria! There was always someone there to answer the phone to help talk us through something or answer our questions. I really hope we don’t have too but if anyone ever decides to smash into us again, it’ll be Winters and Yonkers I call. 🥰
