Absolutely Amazing representation. Mr. Caveda and his team fought tooth and nail to represent me for my child's paternity, mediation, and custodial trial case. In my case, after a failed mediation, we had to go before a Judge and have a 9-hour trial. If you ever go through a custodial hearing/trial or mediation, where a judge decides the fate of your child's living arrangements and life, you want Mr. Caveda to represent you! In my case, my child's mother's relocation was denied, acceptable custody was awarded, and much more. I want to call Mr. Caveda a law Shark expert; he knows the law and statutes while referring to them at trial and other hearings. If I hadn't had Mr. Caveda and his team on my side, the opposing party would have most likely won the relocation and much more. Regarding Family law representation, you need the BEST, this is a one-time fight, and you have to use the best hierarchy of confidence, and this firm, Mr. Caveda is the BEST.

For my divorce I couldn't have made a better decision on my legal representation. My outcome was fair and my experience with this firm was extremely professional, worth every cent. Would definitely recommend for a first time divorce especially.

David Caveda was referred to me in 2010 and helped me with my child custody case. David and everyone at the Caveda Law firm were professional and helped me work out a fair and just parenting plan with my ex that awarded me joint custody and timesharing with my son, plus 3 weeks each for summer vacation. My boy and I have enjoyed many quality Father and son times together from coaching baseball for 9 years, to Boy Scouts, and vacations with family and friends that my son will cherish and remember for a lifetime. More importantly, I have shared responsibilities with all major decisions like education, medical, activities and well-being so his mother and I can provide our child with the best care together. Recently, Dec, 2022 through March 2023 the ex was violating our parenting plan timesharing by refusing my overnights. After I tried to resolve the issue peacefully, the ex still withheld visitation and I called David who helped me legally get my child back right away. The best quality of Mr. Caveda is he saved me thousands of dollars by sticking to only the legal issues and steps required to ensure I continue to spend quality time with my son. Thank you David!

David was amazing!! I highly recommend hiring him. He helped my husband through a very difficult and stressful time. He took the time to go through everything with us prior to going to court. He made the process so easy and relieved so much stress by always informing us of what is going on and what to expect. He is a great advocate to have on your side!
