I went through an unexpected situation when I was spending the day at the beach with my family in FL. I got stopped by police when I was lost and trying to set up my GPS close to the beach parking lot, because I didn't have good connectivity. I thought they were going to help me out, because I didn't commit any transit violiation. They asked me a couple of questions, and I answered each of them. I didn't imagine that I was going to end up dealing with a difficult situation. Mike and his staff worked very diligently with my case and I got a successful outcome.

Paid my lawyer 4500 dollars, and I never saw his face, he never showed up to any court cases and instead sent 2 different assistants every time without me even knowing. On top of that,i had to resend documents multiple times because they kept losing my paperwork for some strange reason. Completely unprofessional and I promise you can find better!

I highly recommend Braxton & Parks as the law firm that handled my DUI/Reckless driving case in which Michael Braxton was able to get my case dropped/no points on my licence. I was overall very impressed with Michael and his entire team serviced me as a client. It means a lot when you have him in court with you or you have a question regarding your case, Every time I called, I got a voice and an answer to my question. Excellent law firm. Easily accessible, phone calls always answered by second ring. Smooth process, literally did all the paperwork for me. Broke down exactly what tasks were required of me to accomplish to help my case. Got my DUI dropped to a withhold on a reckless. No conviction. Mike Braxton is amazing at what he does.

I had two DUI charges pending, along with Possession of Narcotics, plus leaving the scene of an accident. Mike did an awesome job of getting one DUI dropped and the other one reduced to Reckless Driving. He was able to get the felony charge of Possession of Narcotics thrown out. Parks & Braxton are the best possible lawyers anywhere, period! Mike was always available on his cell and Leo was very efficient and helpful. I don’t know what I would have done without them.
