I would like to first start off by thanking Mr.Braxton , Leo and his wonderful team . Not proud to say but this was my third DUI. Once I made the initial phone call , Mr. Braxton took control of my case on day one and made the whole process as easy and seamless as possible. Any time there were updates I was contacted quickly and if I needed any reassurance, Mr. Braxton and Leo were a phone call away. Great customer service. After review all the details of my arrest, Mr. Braxton found inaccuracies in the police report and in the video. The end result was that my 3rd DUI charge was dropped and reduced to reckless driving. Awesome job and I cant thank them enough !

Mike was an awesome lawyer! He was able to get my DUI case dropped to reckless and was extremely helpful through the whole process. Everyone at the firm was equally helpful and considerate and were available to answer questions/concerns in a timely manner. I got my DUI on St. Patrick's Day a year ago. Parks and Braxton got it dropped down to reckless driving in December. It was a long process but they did it. At the end of the day, any attorney that wins your case deserves 5 stars and they did!!!! However, Leo deserves kudo's for putting up with all my brutal phone calls (their secretary). Lesson learned.

Mike Braxton and his team are wonderful at what they do. Although I was unable to get off due to my own admissions, they worked diligently to get the minimum for my first and second DUI, and he took my Felony batter on a LEO and got it reduced to misdemeanor along with a merge and dismiss on the remaining charges! He and his team are well worth their price and care for their clients! Should I ever run into this situation again in the future (God willing I won’t), I would hire him again without question!

Awesome initial services provided that calmed my nerves! Was able to reduce 2nd DUI offense down to reckless. Which is not something that happens in Pinellas county DUI courts. Wouldn't accept a DUI charge until it was dropped, ready to take it to trial... I highly recommend their services for anyone fighting a DUI case.

I was arrested for multiple DWIs with serious bodily injury two of my tickets were Felonise. I could possibly be looking at 10 years in prison I called Mike I had never met or heard of him before but I saw his reviews on the Internet. After talking with him for a few minutes I could tell he knew what he was doing and he was a shark and in this case a shark is exactly what I needed .his office staff Leo I could not think more at times that I would get nervous she would talk to me on the phone and by the time we were done with our conversation I was much more at ease !!! Mike had my license back within a week. And then slowly one by one he had the tickets thrown out I think that there were at least 6 . We were a week away from trial and I had two of the felony tickets left Mike found major mistakes in their case and was able to Not Only keep me out of jail and I mean not one day but a very minimal sentence of probation and some online courses !!!! I was charged with a DUI/DWI with severe bodily injury. I was not drinking when I got into the accident, nor had taken any medication. I refused the tests when I arrived at the hospital because I had a massive concussion, and couldn't even remember who the POTUS was. No one contacted my emergency contact, they just started asking me questions. The police got very aggressive with me because of the refusal. They took my license, and said I was being charged, but not completely under arrest, and let me leave the hospital. I then spent 4 hours walking around Clearwater, Florida looking FOR MY CAR. I had no idea what had happened or where I was. I finally found a gas station, and had them call me a cab. I had blood all over my shirt, and running down my face. The hospital should of never let me leave in the state I was in. It took me over an hour to find my house considering they took my license and I couldn't remember my address. I was excused from work for a week because of my two black eyes and broken nose. I then found Parks and Braxton's website and made the call, they got to work immediately on my case. They found several errors and discrepancies in the police reports and the hospitals reports. Mike gave me his personal cell number, and was available day and night. We clicked very well, and assured me that this matter would be taken care of ASAP. They were a great asset to have at this time in need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone going through this type of crisis. I am very happy that all charges were dropped. All!
