I was nervous to hire an attorney as I thought my case was beyond hope. Michael Braxton was able to get my 2nd refusal thrown out, my DUI reduced to a citation, my marijuana charged withheld and kept my court costs to a minimum.
Michael Braxton literally took the time to watch every second of the body camera video and note the officer stating he believed I wasn’t intoxicated.
He has been a blessing and I would recommend him to anyone in my situation.

Very awesome lawyers. Contacted them after the 10 days(like a month after the 10 days) at like 2am thru their website and i still got a email as well as a phone call at 2am saying they had received my email and just touching base and will call next day during normal day hours to talk about my case. Mike was very helpful with all questions i had. Even after the 10 days he still got my DUI dropped to wreckless driving. I would highly reccomend Parks & Braxton!

Mike is an amazing attorney. Got pulled over for speeding, blew over limit and was charged with DUI. Mike took the case, won a motion to suppress the breath test results and got both the DUI and speeding ticket dropped in a tough county! No conviction on my record for anything. Awesome lawyer provided strong support and seasoned counsel right from the get-go. No regrets, Mike is the man!

Parks and Braxton are amazing!! They got my sons DUI dropped to wreckless driving and no conviction on neither of his drug charges!! I highly recommend this firm! As you read this... Just call Parks & Braxton. Waste no time.
In trouble, you get Parks & Braxton on the phone....The first lawyers I called that was actually on the case before I hung up. Mike Braxton never swayed and when it looked dyer, he pulled the rabbit out of the hat and have everything dropped down to a couple of misdemeanors. Parks & Braxton is gospel. Enough said.

The team at Parks and Braxton got me out of a really tight spot. I was wrongly arrested by an overzealous Tampa cop. Had I just gone with a public defender, and taken the charges against me, I would not have been able to recover from this incident. But Mike and Lenore answered all my questions, told me what needed to happen, and got me a very favorable sentencing. I don't intend to need Thier services again, but I wouldn't call another firm if circumstances dictated. Thanks guys!

This law firm has been really good to me from the day I hired them, I came to them with a third dui breathalyzer refusal and Mike was able to get the dui reduced with minimal penalties. From Leo at the office to talking to Mike himself the staff was very personable and easy to work with. I would recommend anyone in need of legal council to Parks and Braxton.
