My divorce was a nightmare. The constant custody battle made me not sleep at night. As soon as I hired Seth Robert Nelson I immediately felt at ease. He stood by me with such knowledge and compassion that I was no longer terrified of this divorce. He answered my every call. No matter the time or day. He made me feel like my case was his own. Seth Nelson took on my daughter's case with regards to obtaining her permission to grant U.S. Passport with an absent parent. IF YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY-HIRE THIS ONE!!!! Seth and his team are exceptional. From the beginning, he was outstanding. He was there to answer all my questions, all my concerns and help alleviate the stress I was feeling. It was a difficult case to say the least and yet he handled it professionally and confidently. Each time we walked out of the courtroom, I felt even better than I had before. From the first court hearing to the last, Seth stood by me. I hired him for the repeating, never ending, modifications of the final divorce decree. He has never let me down. I cannot say enough good about this law firm. From start to finish and everything in between, the team was there. Seth exceeded my expectations always during hearings and was absolutely incredible at the final hearing. I wish I could say that our case is forever done, but as with a lot of custody cases, we will have to go back and we will definitely hire Seth and his firm again. They are a wonderful group; from Shawn at the front, Desereah and Sherrie in the back behind the scenes doing research and preparations that are phenomenal when you get to trial and Seth carries it from there. I was a little nervous after our initial consultation because he wasn't saying everything that I wanted to hear. But he was honest and prepared me for all possible outcomes.
