Alex Serrano is competent, kind, attentive and quick. He exceeded my expectations in our settlement agreement amount. When I started to argue with a provider, Alex was a calm voice of reason. He is truly the best! I'm very lucky to have the chance to work with him and he 100% has my endorsement.
