Excellent attorneys

UPDATE: 3 OCT 2023 Mr. Ligori found out what had happened when one of his lawyers totally decided in one day that my case wasn't important enough and tossed it. He personally reached out to me and asked me to come in. He apologized and said that one person does not reflect what his law firm is about. After taking my case and assigning a lawyer to it, it was eventually resolved in my favor after 7 months. Thank you Mr. Ligori. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Rated "One Star" I was told to use this law firm for my case. The guy who called me back took just a day to make me feel like I wasn't important and that it was my fault. Just terrible. Veterans beware.

I contracted Ligori and Ligori on December 29th for an auto related injury. They had settled with State Farm by March 1, 2023. Despite 4 case manager changes in the 5 weeks. The saving grace was the paralegal Jewel Fitzpatrick who took the time and effort to explain the process and details and how the office worked. Prior to that I felt like a mushroom (being kept in the dark) and having to explain the issues to every case manager change. Jewel restored my confidence in the firm and assured me a positive result. No legal issues are simple but the need for good communication is vital and Jewel proved that to me. Thank you. They actually settled my case in 63 days for less than the total medical bills that were being incurred at that point. My physical treatment was terminated by the providers. 4-4-23 To this day has No body has asked me how I was or injury's are doing!. Now that they have settled in 99 days and received 33% they do not answer emails or phone calls. I have been promised a return call in the past 3 days , never received. I was promised a direct call from Keith Logori directly. NEVER received. I called Re: a bill sent from an unknown provider. Never received an answer. DO THE MATH. It is all about the $$ with them. I am attempting to get therapy using my medical ins but can't because they have not released PIP charges.

I was so impressed with Ligori & Ligori after my horrible car accident. I worked with Yelennis Tolbert. She was a pleasure to work with. She was kind, helpful and always took my calls when I needed to call their office. She kept impeccable records which was amazing when issues came up dealing with doctors and radiology treatments. Hopefully I will not have another auto accident but if I do I will definiely will contact Ligori & Ligori.

I had a rear end car accident 1 1/2 years ago… never had one before… I called Lagori & Lagori, spoke with Maggie … she was great.. and was assigned to Kevin Sparkman as my attorney…lucky day for me !! Kevin was amazing, always kept me posted to updates and always so patient and understanding. He and his paralegal , Mallory walked me thru the whole process. Yesterday Kevin was able to secure me the settlement we were hoping for!! Thank you Kevin, you are the best. Betty
