My attorney Rachel Pilgrim was one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. Jack Berstien knew what he was doing when he hired his staff everyone was so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend anyone who needs help with their cases to make sure Jack Berstien is their first option. They are aggressive attorneys and they feel that everyone should be compensated financially and mentally for what they had to go through. In the beginning of my case Rachael connected with me personally, almost as if she was my psychologist. She told me everything was going to be ok and she stood by her word. She made sure she updated me with everything and made sure every information I received was accurate. Great work !

Most people that I know, when they get into a car accident they often settle and avoid anything to do with lawyers out of fear and uncertainty. I was quite nervous to go that route as I never had before. Not only was I taken care of from the moment I gave them a call, they checked in with me throughout the entire case. Michelle Thomas, my case manager, called me often and we shared some laughs, some serious conversations, but most of all some genuine care and concern.
